As a Flex Driver, you operate as an independent contractor, utilizing your personal vehicle to deliver packages directly to customers. This is the epitome of flexible earning. • Strategic Block Scheduling: Actively manage your own schedule by monitoring the Amazon Flex app for available delivery blocks. You must demonstrate excellent punctuality by arriving at the designated pickup facility exactly at the start time of your reserved block.
• Personal Vehicle Logistics: Safely utilize your personal mid-sized sedan, SUV, or pickup truck to transport goods. You must systematically load and organize packages within your vehicle to ensure efficient retrieval at each stop, maximizing your speed and earning potential.
